The Aurora 4000 polar nephelometer uses integrated nephelometry combined with a multi-stage backscatter shutter to perform polar nephelometry measurements in up to 17 different sectors from 10º up to 90º. The Aurora 4000 polar nephelometer allows a greater insight into light scattering, this unique feature allows the analysis of parameters involved in climate studies such as the particle phase function used in global radiation balance measurements.
